How long can my property be listed on the MLS for flat fee?

I was hesitant about signing up with a Discount Real Estate service. They showed me other listings they had and I decided to give it a shot. Our house sold in 35 days and we saved $7500. I will never use a “full price” Realtor again!

I thought I would have to do most of the legwork myself to get this property sold when signing up with The Listing Firm but I was wrong. I found the buyer (buyer had no Realtor).
